Artist Development
Programme
The Artist Development Programme is where artistic practice meets professional possibility. Designed for Namibian Artists ready to deepen their work and expand their potential, the programme combines studio-based creation, mentorship, professional growth, and access to the AAHT Collection.
The programme equips artists to navigate professional practice, strengthening creative vision and industry knowledge. Rooted in experimentation, critical inquiry, and dialogue, it supports the making of exceptional work and the building of sustainable careers. It culminates in a public exhibition that brings fresh voices and ideas into Contemporary Art in Namibia.
