With formal training in Civil Engineering and Project Management, he has overseen large-scale projects, bringing a depth of experience in strategic planning, coordination, and the execution.

As a practicing visual artist. Ndako brings an insider's understanding of the creative process and the lived realities of artists in Namibia. His dual background allows him to bridge technical knowledge with artistic insight. offering a perspective on the systems, structures, and support artists need to thrive.
