Tuwilika Shaimemanya is an urban development practitioner and sustainability advocate, currently serving as the National Officer at UN-Habitat in Namibia. With advanced degrees in Urban Design and Sustainability & Business Innovation, she brings expertise in participatory governance, spatial justice, and policy development.

Tuwilika is passionate about amplifying youth voices, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and promoting design-based innovation in the arts. She is committed to supporting the NAA in developing inclusive strategies that empower Namibia's cultural and creative sectors.
